1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the noget88 platform, including the website available at noget88.net, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all games, betting markets, promotions, and services offered thereon. By completing the registration process or by placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

1.2 Amendments

noget88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice beyond a notification posted on the platform. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of noget88 following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

1.4 Eligibility

The noget88 platform is intended for use by adults aged 18 years and above. By registering, you warrant that:

• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed by noget88 or by any other operator;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or business entity;

1.5 Platform Nature

2. Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold one and only one noget88 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. noget88 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate registrations. Where multiple accounts are identified, noget88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit all balances, including any deposited funds in excess of any bonus amounts received.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and the voiding of all associated activity.

2.3 Account Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. noget88 will treat any activity carried out under your account as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the noget88 support team immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal request, noget88 is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh;
• A valid passport;
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within the last 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number).

noget88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage — not only at first withdrawal — if there is a reasonable basis to do so for fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, or account security purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

noget88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available in Bangladesh:

• bKash — instant deposit and withdrawal, minimum ৳100;
• Nagad — instant deposit and withdrawal, minimum ৳100;
• Rocket — instant deposit and withdrawal, minimum ৳200;
• Upay — instant deposit, minimum ৳200;
• Dutch-Bangla Bank — bank transfer, minimum ৳500;
• Visa / Mastercard — where available, subject to bank approval.

noget88 may update the list of accepted payment methods at any time. The current list of available methods is always displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

3.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. noget88 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your noget88 account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. noget88 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) following successful KYC verification. noget88 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method and account used for deposits, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks at noget88's discretion.

3.4 Funds Integrity

All funds deposited on the noget88 platform are held in a segregated manner and are not used for operational purposes. Your deposited balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds and to the KYC requirements described in Section 2.4.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

noget88 offers a welcome bonus to newly registered members. The specific bonus amount, match percentage, and eligibility conditions are set out in the promotional terms published at the time of your registration. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible member once only. The current welcome bonus at noget88 is up to ৳20,000 on your first qualifying deposit. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated prominently in the bonus offer before you opt in. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless otherwise specified. The following categories of bets are excluded from wagering requirement calculations:

• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 in the sportsbook;
• Bets placed on games not listed as eligible in the bonus terms;
• Bets placed using funds from a different bonus with its own active wagering requirement;
• Bets that are voided, cancelled, or returned as no-action results.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

noget88 defines bonus abuse as any deliberate strategy designed to exploit promotional offers for guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit rather than for entertainment. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to hedge bonus funds; using automated software to optimise bonus wagering; and systematically placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements on games that contribute at a lower rate. Where bonus abuse is identified, noget88 reserves the right to void all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings, recover any bonus funds already withdrawn, and close the member's account.

4.4 Ongoing Promotions

noget88 runs seasonal promotions tied to cricket events including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures, as well as cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Victory Day, and Independence Day. The specific terms of each promotion are published on the promotions page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for matters covered therein.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the noget88 platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of your bet — including the selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. noget88 will not cancel or amend confirmed bets on the basis of member error unless a manifest error by noget88 itself is established (see Section 5.3).

5.2 Odds and Markets

noget88 reserves the right to suspend, remove, or alter any betting market at any time, including after a bet has been placed but before it has been settled, where operational or integrity reasons require. If a market is suspended or voided after a bet is placed, the affected bet will be settled as void and the stake returned to the member's account.

5.3 Manifest Errors

A manifest error is defined as an obvious and unambiguous error made by noget88 in setting odds or market parameters — for example, odds that are grossly inconsistent with prevailing market prices at the time of the event. noget88 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds. Members who knowingly exploit manifest errors will be subject to the account actions described in Section 6 (Prohibited Conduct).

5.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the member must contact the noget88 support team within 72 hours of the event outcome. Disputes raised after 72 hours will not be considered. noget88's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the noget88 platform:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual;
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading identity or payment information;
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement with noget88 or any other operator;
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using the platform for any financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from noget88;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multi-player formats;
• Making or receiving payments for the purpose of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity corruption;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing noget88 staff or other members through any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool intended to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, noget88 may take any or all of the following actions: immediate account suspension; permanent account closure; voiding of all pending and historical bets placed during or after the period of misconduct; forfeiture of any account balance including originally deposited funds where applicable under anti-money-laundering obligations; and referral of the matter to relevant authorities.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by Member

You may close your noget88 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, noget88 will process the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Suspension by noget88

noget88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; money laundering or suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal; court order or regulatory direction; or any other circumstance in which continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other members, or third parties.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

noget88 supports responsible gaming through a voluntary self-exclusion programme. Members may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the member's account is suspended, marketing communications are ceased, and re-registration is blocked. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

The noget88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. noget88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. noget88 does not guarantee that any particular game, market, or feature will be available at any given time.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, noget88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if noget88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Force Majeure

noget88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond noget88's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failure, power outage, government action, civil unrest, or any other event of force majeure.

8.4 Maximum Liability Cap

In any circumstances where noget88 is found to be liable to a member, noget88's maximum aggregate liability to that member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member on the noget88 platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
